Account & Data Deletion Request
Under Google Play User Data Policies and our commitment to merchant data sovereignty, you have the full right to delete your SwapnoPay account and permanently purge all personal and business data.
1. How to Delete Your Account
Method 1 (Instant In-App Deletion): Open the SwapnoPay Android App → Navigate to More Screen → In the Profile header, tap Delete Account (অ্যাকাউন্ট ডিলিট) → Confirm the dialog. Your profile, local database, and cloud sessions will be wiped immediately.
Method 2 (Web Deletion Request): If you have uninstalled the app or cannot log in, complete the deletion form below or email us at support@swapnopay.top with your registered phone number or email address.
2. What Data is Deleted vs. Retained
- Deleted Immediately: Merchant login credentials, National ID numbers, photos, KYC records, customer phonebooks, ledger dues, API tokens, and webhook secrets.
- Retention Period: All personal identifiers are purged within 7 business days of request receipt.
- Legal Compliance: Where required by applicable taxation laws of Bangladesh (NBR), anonymized transaction receipts may be archived solely for dispute resolution and financial audit compliance.
